About the Location

About the roleWe are looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team. This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front-of-house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests. This position is Part-Time, offering 16 hours per week, with a requirement to work every second weekend on a rotating roster. Flexibility is key, and we are happy to work with the team to accommodate preferred working days.
Responsibilities
Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park/resort, surrounding area, guest amenities, and park activities.
Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park.
Direct guest check-in and check-out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures.
Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems.
About You
Previous experience in a similar role/industry.
Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software.
Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability.
Team player, strong attention to detail, and well-organised worker.
