We are looking for a highly motivated Growth & Operations Manager to join our team in Australia. In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping our operational strategies while driving growth in one of our most important markets. You'll work closely with our global team to optimize internal processes, enhance efficiencies, and contribute to our go-to-market strategies. Your primary objective will be to support our expansion in the ANZ market while improving overall operational effectiveness.
The Job Market Expansion: Leverage your understanding of market dynamics to support go-to-market strategies and drive rapid adoption in Australia. Data-driven insights: Analyze key operational and market data to provide actionable insights that fuel strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, identify automation opportunities, and enhance operational efficiency. Project Management: Assist in the execution of high-impact projects that contribute to growth and process optimization. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with teams across the globe to understand challenges, needs, and to deliver impactful solutions. The Ideal Candidate Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Problem-Solver: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and drive meaningful operational improvements. Data-driven: Proficient in deriving insights from data to support business and operational decisions. Go-to-Market Expertise: Experience or knowledge of 0-1 go-to-market strategies, with the ability to drive initiatives in new markets. Communication: Strong communication skills; fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
