About the Role The Growth Initiative Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring timely actions of opportunities identified in the Growth team, identifying new opportunities to drive marketing led customer centric growth, and enabling the Growth to help prioritize key projects.
The role will support the growth marketing lead & head of growth team to support on:
Growth Initiative management & execution (e.g. Cost and FTE Management, Divisional scorecard and performance reporting and Portfolio Operating Rhythm) Business Planning and Prioritization to deliver Growth Team's strategic priorities. Opportunity identification across customer segments to drive action across ANZ retail. The role will ensure a robust business case is established on growth insights and adopts project management tools for delivery, risk, prioritization management and stakeholder engagement (internal and external,). This role will be integral to the oversight and day-to-day management of the different Growth team's program of work and will ensure key deliverables and milestones are delivered on time.
The Growth Initiative Delivery Manager is also responsible for leading and overseeing the Growth Team's Well-Managed activities
What will your day look like?
As a Growth Initiative Delivery Manager you will have the opportunity to: 
Working with cross functional teams across product, distribution, and marketing services to create great customer outcomes. Play a key coordinating role across the Growth team to deliver the initiatives. Plan Team prioritization, manage the initiative 'backlog' and retain visibility of delivery within key contributing squads. Work collaboratively across Growth Team to manage total team's deliverable.  Drive customer-centricity & competitive differentiation via customer insights. Product and customer experience funnel analysis and opportunity identification. Support product and customer experience playbook creation and support for marketing. Design and track KPIs to measure performance. Influence timely decision-making to ensure squads are enabled to deliver as effectively as possible. Measurement & reporting to drive performance. Responsible for ensuring growth initiatives are actioned and progressed across BU. What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Leadership of matrixed program delivery across programs of work in a complex environment. Demonstrated experience working closely with senior stakeholders both internally and externally. Effective communicator, effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to success. Commercial acumen, experience working with data teams and cross functional teams to deliver results. Proficient in preparing and presenting comprehensive business updates and monitoring outcome delivery. Experience in marketing skills, media understanding, business analytics. Adept at fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment and leading, motivating and developing team members. Data driven decision making – using multiple sources of data and information to help contextualise and determine priorities. Leadership in agile ways of working, in complex, matrixed team structures. Domain knowledge in supporting functions such as Digital, Technology, Data, Branding, Communications. Discovery & Insights: Ability to lead growth across market intelligence, portfolio, business implications and customer insights. Opportunity Scoping: Ability to ideate, develop and prioritise initiatives which will deliver the marketing and portfolio strategy, and their respective customer and commercial outcomes. This consists of opportunity ideation, early idea assessment and the development of opportunity summaries along with customer data analysis, research and insight generation.
