Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team, including those with minimal experience. Develop and implement strategies to upskill and enhance team capabilities. Utilise your understanding of work management practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Apply your knowledge of SAP to manage and execute planning processes effectively. Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Articulate and deliver value-added meetings with structure and efficiency, ensuring clear communication and actionable outcomes. Challenge the status quo with innovative solutions, driving continuous improvement and addressing complex problems effectively. Build and manage ad-hoc reports to support decision-making. Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Maintenance Planning Demonstrated experience in leading teams, with a strong focus on people management and development. SAP and MS Office Suite; experience required Power BI or similar reporting tools and Prometheus is advantageous. Proficient in work management and reporting Unrestricted Australian working rights Current Drivers Licence Benefits on offer: Weekly pay with Superannuation on all worked hours. 6-month initial contract with potential for extension.
