We are seeking an energetic, highly organised and business-minded individual to work within our Human Resources Team in the role of Group Human Resources Co-ordinator based at Seven Hills.
About The Role Reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager, this challenging and rewarding role will see you perform the following duties, including but not limited to:
Review and action all requests to recruit including job posting. Assist with screening of candidates where required. Liaise with Managers to create innovative recruitment campaigns for open positions. Create job advertisements to attract the best talent available, and ensure the adverts are placed in the required recruitment channels in a timely manner. Ensure Pre-Employment Screening for all new recruits is completed and finalised with documentation in HRIS. Source internal recruits as part of Talent Central program for internal opportunities. Review and approve new employee Letter of Offer requests and ensure they are issued in a timely manner in accordance with KPI. Review all Recruitment Referrals (RAF) prior to progressing for interview in line with company Employee Refer A Friend Policy and ensure payments are processed inline with guidelines. Responsible for the onboarding of all new starters including ensuring access to the Kronos HRIS system, follow up of outstanding onboarding action items and finalisation of all tasks required to be setup in a timely manner and within company deadlines ready for approval to Payroll. Completion of monthly recruitment and onboarding reporting. Ensure all employees have valid work rights and maintain ongoing compliance with any expiring credentials of employees. Ensure VEVO checks are completed. Creation and maintenance of Third-Party profiles in Kronos and ensuring relevant documentation and checks are in place. Provide support to the Group Human Resources Manager and Group Learning and Development Co-ordinator as required. About you Enthusiastic and willing to learn. Have a minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role. Have a car licence and own transport. Passionate about Human Resources and delivering high quality service and support. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion to support the team and organisation. Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Ability to create reports and presentations and analyse data. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a busy, fast paced environment. What's in it for you?
