This will achieve required business operational and SLA standards across the credit/AR, pricing, business agreements, trade spend, rebate management, commercial insights, sales admin, commercial support, supply chain and related service areas. Key responsibilities Leads delivery of end-to-end service management activities to ensure completion of operational activities, resolution of incidents and fulfilment of service requests within the defined Commercial Services scope Pro-actively identify opportunities for improving the stability and performance of technologies utilised in the delivery of Commercial Services. Manage prioritisation, scheduling, balance of workload and operational cost for the Commercial Services Management Team (Onshore/Offshore) to support delivery of short and long-term business objectives including delivery of operational performance metrics, realisation of efficiencies and implementation of process improvements. Plans, directs and manages commercial services operational teams both onshore (30 pax) and offshore (190 pax) Facilitate the implementation of business-wide change initiatives as they relate to Commercial Services activities About You An accomplished Senior Leader in a Delivery or Operational Management of Global Business Services function, you will have a passion for excellence and an expert in bringing people along on the journey. Specifically, you will also possess; Experience in managing operational business processes within a complex, fast paced and outsourced vendor environment Experience leading high performing operational teams across borders and a proven record with relationship management of senior stakeholders Strong understanding and experience using technology as an enabler to drive performance Experience in managing external suppliers and monitoring performance to meet service delivery requirements Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities Asahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
