As part of the Faculty's well-regarded internship program, the role will focus on supporting the continued expansion of WorkHub, an innovative on-campus internship experience designed to strengthen students' professional career readiness. Additionally, the role will coordinate the Faculty's new international internship program, designed to further enrich students' global perspectives and career opportunities.Your responsibilities will include:Providing high-quality end-to-end coordination to support the successful development and implementation of student facing operational processes for the Faculty's internship programs, ensuring delivery meets agreed timelines.Developing and implementing student promotional campaigns to ensure strong visibility, recruitment, engagement, and commitment with the program. Providing timely and accurate responses to student queries and concerns, and using problem solving to proactively address day-to-day issues that may arise.Contributing to the improvement of program coordination through gathering and analysing data, sharing feedback and insights, and identifying opportunities for enhanced impact.Working collaboratively and cross-functionally as part of the Student Belonging and Employability team and wider Faculty to lead and contribute to projects where appropriate.Providing guidance and mentorship to Industry Experience Officers in the team.We are looking forYou will be highly organised and have well-developed program and/or project coordination skills that enable you to prioritise and manage a range of tasks simultaneously while ensuring strong attention to detail. You will also be a proactive problem solver who is able to think beyond immediate tasks to contribute valuable insights to the development and implementation of student-facing operational processes. The role will suit an experienced program or project coordinator who excels in collaborative teamwork while also demonstrating self-motivation and the ability work autonomously under broad direction.
