Grounds Officer

We seek a new team player who is a qualified maintenance handyperson or tradesperson and who will work within and contribute to our diverse and multi-skilled Property and Facilities team.
You will be able to:
Undertake meticulous repair and maintenance works to both heritage and recently-built buildings.Attend to all maintenance requests, provide advice and facilitate growth projects.Complete general maintenance around the College including traffic management, waste management and general tidying on a daily basis.Manual handling such as setting up rooms for a multitude of functions, i.e., moving furniture and setting up equipment.Operate various plant and equipment to complete your daily duties.Contribute to other property and facilities team priorities where required.About you:
