Grounds And Maintenance Manager

o assist with the development of the school grounds and surroundings including but not limited to.
·         Tree maintenance, pruning and regeneration
·         Fencing of localised areas
·         Moving furniture
·         Attending to plumbing and maintenance issues
·         Calling trades as needed
·         Meeting with Trades for quotes etc
·         Developing landscaped areas
·         Weed eradication
·         Test and Tagging
·         To carry out minor grounds work when required
·         Assist with the movement of furniture and other items
·         Undertaking daily maintenance tasks as directed
·         Monitor, report and undertake prevention maintenance and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) issues around the school.
·         To be responsible for the ordering and delivery of materials required to carry out the above-mentioned duties.
