Position Overview: The Office Manager will oversee the efficient functioning of our office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the management team to ensure seamless daily activities. This role requires an organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in office management, hospitality, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Manage office operations, including facilities, supplies, and administrative support for a smooth workflow. Maintain office records, organize filing systems, and ensure compliance with company policies. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events for management and staff as needed. Manage vendor relationships, monitor office expenses, and contribute to budget planning. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of office staff, fostering a positive work environment. Support human resources with timekeeping, payroll processing, and other administrative tasks as required. About you: 3 - 5 years of proven experience in office management, ideally within the hospitality or luxury service sector. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of administrative and financial procedures; budget management experience is a plus.
