Grants Officer - Sports Funding Specialist

About the RoleThe Office of Sport is seeking a skilled Grants Officer to provide advice and administrative support on grant and funding policies, processes, and procedures. As a key member of the Grants team, you will contribute to the effective administration of sports funding and grants programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advice and information to grant applicants and stakeholders on funding processes, guidelines, and policies.Undertake administrative tasks to support the efficient and compliant management of grants, including maintaining system records.Conduct research, source information, and contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.Resolve grant recipient issues and ensure compliance with Public and Finance and Audit requirements.RequirementsAbility to assess and support the administration of effective grants funding in a high-volume environment.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work with competing priorities and tight deadlines.About UsThe Office of Sport is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
