About You:New Graduate Physiotherapists to commence in early 2025, pending successful registration with AHPRA, with all requirements for maintaining current registration fulfilled.People who are excited for public health and wanting to be part of our growing department.Demonstrate ongoing professional growth by attending mandatory training, engaging in reflective practice, utilizing mentorship, and participating in the Professional Development Review process.Help develop effective practices through research, service evaluation, and peer information sharing.At least 12 months of post-graduate experience, with responsibilities including reviewing peer work, advising newer professionals, and supervising students and allied health assistants.Key Responsibilities:Provide a broad range of clinical services, selecting and applying established methods, procedures, and standards effectively.Use your professional judgment within defined areas, with support from a Clinical Senior to verify methods and results.Offer straightforward clinical services, including one-on-one consultations, group sessions, and health promotion activities.Effectively manage and prioritize your personal workload to ensure efficient service delivery.Why Join Us?Make a real difference and feel like an important part of the community.
