Join our team as a New Graduate Rural Generalist Physiotherapist , where you'll work under the guidance of an experienced Physiotherapist to deliver a comprehensive range of health services tailored to the unique needs of our local community.
In this dynamic role, you'll be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with health professionals and service providers from various sectors. You'll utilize a blend of preventative care, early intervention, treatment, and evaluation strategies to make a real difference in the lives of those you serve. The Physiotherapy Department consists of 25 staff members including three Clinical Senior Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants and Administration Support.

Country Health Connect focuses on the delivery of exceptional care to those living within our communities who require some support to remain living independently or reside in one of our residential aged care facilities.
Our professional and caring staff deliver health care and wellbeing support across regional South Australia in hospitals, local health services, community centres, residential aged care facilities and clients' own homes.
About You: New Graduate Physiotherapists to commence in early 2025, pending successful registration with AHPRA, with all requirements for maintaining current registration fulfilled. People who are excited for public health and wanting to be part of our growing department. Demonstrate ongoing professional growth by attending mandatory training, engaging in reflective practice, utilizing mentorship, and participating in the Professional Development Review process. Help develop effective practices through research, service evaluation, and peer information sharing. At least 12 months of post-graduate experience, with responsibilities including reviewing peer work, advising newer professionals, and supervising students and allied health assistants. Key Responsibilities: Provide a broad range of clinical services, selecting and applying established methods, procedures, and standards effectively. Use your professional judgment within defined areas, with support from a Clinical Senior to verify methods and results. Offer straightforward clinical services, including one-on-one consultations, group sessions, and health promotion activities.
