The Opportunity Reporting to the Technical Support & Claims Manager, you will provide value add technical phone and email support to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellence in customer service and drive the growth of James Hardie.
Your day to day will involve speaking with customers such as architects, builders, distributers, as well as the internal Sales, Customer Service and Products teams.

What you'll do Providing AU wide technical support utilising internal methods and technologies for builders, architects, salespeople, and the general public Professionally responding (verbal or written) to external and internal technical enquiries to ensure risk minimization Provide Level 1 to Level 3 phone and email technical support to all internal and external stakeholders Provide support to the claims department in assisting the claims process to completion.
