Reporting to the Construction Manager and under the guidance of experienced engineering personnel, the Graduate Engineer will develop skills, knowledge, and experience associated with McMahon Services' business processes. The role is also expected to embrace the working culture of McMahon Services and add a dynamic to the team environment through active participation and engagement, undertaking project engineering activities.
This opportunity will provide experience working on a range of civil construction projects including bulk and detailed earthworks, and large-scale environmental remediation.

You must also have the ability to follow directions and demonstrate innovative problem solving as an individual and as part of the team.
