The Opportunity Whilst CPP is mostly an electrical company, we do have our own internal Civil division which supports CPP's commitment to self-performance throughout the entire project lifecycle. CPP Civil supports project delivery across the business by managing and constructing civil works across CPP's transmission line, renewable, and utility projects.
Our Graduate Civil Project Engineer program will provide you with experience across Project Management, Procurement, Quality Control and Tendering, where you will have the opportunity to rotate through these disciplines in order to build a broad understanding and hands-on experience with some of our key projects.
The duration of the program is 2 years, where you will get the opportunity to work on civil construction for industry-leading renewable energy projects, such as high-voltage substations, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and transmission lines. You will also get the opportunity to travel and spend time on site at some of our industry-leading projects.
Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout you: Bachelor of Civil Engineering, preferably qualified within the last 4 yearsMust have studied your undergraduate degree at an Australian UniversityA great attitude with a proactive mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively within a team environment
