WISE is seeking a Graduate Business Analyst who will be the conduit between WISE Corporate Services and broader WISE business by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks for change projects and programs of work.
This role involves gathering and analysing data to support decision-making, developing change documentation and reports, and facilitating communication between key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong
analytical skills, with a capacity to use data to identify opportunity insights.

To be considered, you must: Hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Have full Australian working rightsHold a full Australian driver's licenseBe willing to obtain a National Police CheckBe able to pass a Working with Children CheckDemonstrate the WISE attributes: Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth MindsetExperience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.Experience in process mapping/value stream mapping/design thinking/continuous improvement.Knowledge of financial management and budgeting processes.Skills Required: Technical Skills: Proficiency in user systems (e.g., Microsoft 365) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Monitor and
