Full timeAdd expected salary to your profile for insightsAs a Graduate/Site Engineer on the T2D Alliance you will provide onsite or office-based engineering services and technical support to ensure the successful delivery of designated scopes of work.Reporting to a Project Engineer and working closely with Supervisors, Contractors, HSE representatives and commercial staff, your key responsibilities will focus on Safety/Safety in Design, Constructability (design methodology), Cost, Productivity, Quality and Subcontractor Management.We offer a wide range of hands-on learning experiences where you will play a key role in delivering South Australia's largest civil infrastructure project.With roles available across all aspects of engineering including Civil, Mechanical and Electrical in delivery, design interface, logistics, procurement, and support services, we have a role to suit you.Your key accountabilities will include:Review and implement safe work method statements (SWMS) ensuring risk controls and actions are robust and comprehensive.Review designs and methodologies to ensure safety in design is at the forefront of construction activities.Manage and track costs using appropriate cost control and forecasting tools and programs.Plan and schedule scopes of work identifying potential scheduling risks and delays.Ensure works are completed to relevant standards, technical specifications and T2D policies and procedures.Prepare regular reports on engineering and construction activities.Engage with sub-contractors, workforce and project representatives to drive safety, quality, cost management and productivity.About you:We are looking for enthusiastic self-starters who enjoy problem solving and have a passion for engineering and construction.
