What our Graduate Program offers: A 12-month program that includes four, three-month rotations within a diverse range of industries You will join either the Commercial, Operations or Analytics program and placed in targeted rotations Support network of previous graduates to ensure you feel supported throughout your program Exposure to our executive team and senior leaders throughout the program Collaborative end of year project where you will get to work with other graduates on a real business problem and present your recommendations to senior leaders Continuous training and development opportunities to help you build a solid foundation for your career Few entry-level roles are currently open for an immediate intake
What you will need to be successful: Recently completed tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Arts, Science or related fields High level of computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Motivated and eager to learn and continuously improve business processes
