Seeking an experienced & motivated GP Relationship Manager to develop new & strengthen existing partnerships between our practices, GPs & Specialists in the Melbourne metro area.
As part of the Scope Healthcare network, you will be an integral member of the Marketing and Business Development Team, acting as the key point of contact for GPs and other health professionals to drive growth through the promotion of our services, navigating access to services, and improving communication between our practices, the specialists we work with, and primary care.
As the GP Relationship Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Leading a culture of excellence in customer service with doctors, practice managers, internal and external stakeholders.Clear, relevant and regular interaction with key General Practices to build relationships and promote our service offerings and specialists.Maintaining comprehensive records of daily activities and progress.Daily activity reporting including measurement against the agreed KPIs, linked specifically to GP engagement, sales, and the number of referrals, which includes providing insight into the effectiveness of existing referral growth strategies, defining new opportunities and identifying & targeting prevailing gaps in the market.Working closely with the Marketing & Business Development Manager to align GPs and community relationships with the business plans and service development.Developing targeted referral growth activity plans for newly accredited, growing and established GPs & specialists.Liaising with the Marketing & Business Development Manager, providing stakeholder feedback and highlighting opportunities for service improvement.Developing a robust annual GP engagement calendar, including accredited education meetings, practice lunches and "meet and greet" networking sessions.Participating in the development, implementation and evaluation of the Marketing Strategic Plan.Acting as a liaison between GPs/specialists and Scope Healthcare to promote the Scope Healthcare profile.Identifying and participating in continuous quality improvement opportunities.Organising, overseeing operations, participating and attending corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, trade expos, photo-shoots, press releases, etc.Preparing marketing materials and/or referral pads and sending to the practice that has requested it.Ensuring that each practice is updated with our latest template of Medical Director, Best Practice & Zedmed.Analysing, identifying and visiting low sales/referral suburbs/practices/GPs to maximise sales, and the number of referrals.Constantly reviewing continuous improvement opportunities & processes and examining niche markets for marketing expansion and business development.RequirementsWell-developed computer skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Adobe Creative Suite, RxTro, Microsoft SharePoint, and Health Track.Familiarity with CRM and data analysis tools.Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills.Post graduate qualifications in marketing, management, business, or similar (desirable).Successful sales background, with previous experience working in a similar role in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device industry.Strong customer focused mindset and displaying a "can do and will do" attitude.Ability to work independently as well as across multi-disciplinary work environments.Results driven with excellent time management and planning skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.Punctual to work, GP lunches, and to all meetings; articulate, well-presented and professional.Efficient route planning, effective scheduling and coverage at least two weeks in advance.Full Australian Drivers licence and own a vehicle.Scope Healthcare is an Australian public company focused on being a leading provider of Specialist Medical Diagnostic and Consulting Services.
