Role Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to drive your career forward within a high-performing team. You will be responsible for handling a range of activities associated with the sales process, from property appraisals and viewings to negotiations and closing sales. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with proven experience in the real estate industry and a strong drive for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Conduct property appraisals and market research to determine competitive pricing. Organize and conduct property inspections and open homes. Negotiate sale terms and ensure smooth transaction processes. Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients. Implement effective marketing strategies for property listings. Stay up-to-date on current market trends and industry changes. Collaborate with the agency's team to drive overall sales success. Manage a portfolio of listings and clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service. Candidate Requirements: Essential: Valid Certificate of Registration in Real Estate. Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A proven track record of achieving sales targets. Knowledge of the local market in the Eastern Suburbs is a significant advantage. Highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
