Position Title: After Hours Manager Golden Oaks Complex
Classification:  After Hours Coordinator 7A 8C Salary per hour (exc. super): $60.39
Hours per fortnight: 64hrs
Employment Status: Short term contract
Other requirements: COVID-19 Vaccination (3 doses)
Golden Oaks Complex is looking for a experienced manager to provide clinical oversite to our aged care facilities after hours.
The candidate should have 
High level of self-confidence. Ability to give excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Ability to introduce new concepts through innovation, influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills. Your new division The Community and Public Health Services Division has a primary focus on improving the health outcomes of the communities in our region. With a range of local and regional programs supporting place-based health promotion, prevention, care and support, they work collaboratively with other Divisions and regional partnerships and networks to support quality outcomes. The Division has a strong leadership role in the Loddon Mallee Region and is committed to ensuring processes are in place to deliver on our Division.
