Our client is searching for a Regional Manager to lead their teams and deliver exceptional quality projects. ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
Director & Company Support - Reporting directly to the MD and providing support to the senior management team. Ensuring project teams are utilising company processes and systems. Uphold the company culture and values.Proven track record of achieving and maintaining sustainable, profitable growth through strategic planning and execution, operational efficiencies, and optimising team performance.Client Management - Focus on the delivery of client goals whilst managing expectations. Support the Construction and Project Managers to achieve desired outcomes.Ability to align business operations with long-term strategic goals and meet or exceed financial targets, including revenue, margins, and cost control.Expertise in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality service delivery.QualificationsA demonstrated history of delivering luxury multi-residential projects, with a strong operational focus in Construction Management.Local industry experience.Strong knowledge of construction methods and specifications.Construction Management Degree or Tertiary Qualifications.ApplyIf you would like to express an interest in this opportunity, please click 'APPLY', or contact Nick by emailing ******.
