Your role
As a Go to Market Manager at the SEC, you will be responsible for the Go-To-Market strategy and be accountable for developing marketing and communication implementation plans and deliverables to support the roll out of new products and solutions. You will work closely with product owners to develop plans to effectively deliver solutions to market based on quantitative and qualitative insights and in line with the SEC brand.
You will be a true champion to customer needs in all stages of product development, from ideation and discovery, through to launch and support. You will remain hands-on with the product, customer and requests that flow through.
This role can be based in either our Melbourne CBD office or our regional office located in Morwell.
What you will do: Collaborate with Product Owners within the Consumer Energy Solutions (CES) business area to develop and implement messaging frameworks, delivery plans and assets for products, solutions, and upcoming service offerings.Lead the execution of below-the-line marketing plans, ensuring successful product and service launches.Coordinate and drive marketing efforts across the CES function, targeting both installers and customers to ensure cohesive messaging and engagement.Work with the data analytics team to define, track, and analyse go-to-market performance across all CES programs, solutions, and initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.Create, design, and manage the production of marketing collateral and tools to support sales and customer engagement.Partner with the Brand and Corporate Affairs team to ensure align marketing and communications strategies with broader above-the-line campaigns and brand objectives.Who you are:
Your capabilities and areas of expertise that matter most for this role are:
Relevant qualifications in sales, product, marketing, or equivalent experience.Experience in a regulated sector such as electricity, telecommunications, or finance.Proven success in launching products or solutions in dynamic environments.Strong B2B/B2B2C experience and ability to manage multiple go-to-market processes.Collaborative approach, working with teams across functions including product, design, communications, corporate affairs and IT.Commercially aware with a passion for digital energy solutions and data-driven decision-making.Ability to turn market trends and competitive analysis into actionable insights.Highly Desirable: Understanding of the energy transition and the opportunities to deliver residential solutions.Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.Ability to work across multiple functions and present to senior leaders.Our empowered workforce
