Sirva is now seeking experienced mobility professionals to join their customer experience team as Global Mobility Coordinator. This role will support numerous clients across the Sirva portfolio and be a voice of assurance & reliability for our clients.
Note this role offers work from home flexibility but there will still be required days to attend the office. Remote workers in regional areas are welcome to apply.
About the role: Reporting to our Service Delivery Managers, the Global Mobility Coordinator provides essential support to Sirva corporate clients in managing the assignees who are relocating for a domestic or international assignments. The GMC serves as the primary point of coordination for international assignees for the delivery of various assignment management services offered under their employer's international assignment policies and procedures. A day in the life of a Global Mobility Coordinator includes but is not limited to;
Managing the successful end to end execution of the relocation experience of the assignees. You will host initial briefing calls to provide the professional insight to assignees on relocation service to guarantee they feel heard & informed on what to expect. Provide continued communication every step of the way to assignees & their families as they move closer to their assignment commencement and throughout the assignment itself. You will provide this service while working within our client's policy arranged with Sirva. Yourself will use this resource to interact with our client HR on exemptions or clarifications while also providing this information to keep the assignee informed from door to door. Be required to action the range of relocation needs dependent on client policy such as travel & accommodation booking, insurance needs & being central point of contact. Ensuring database accuracy and communication of Information to clients, vendors and colleagues. Reconciling and authorizing invoices & billing needs to guarantee up to date cost management for both client and business. Who are we looking for? Our successful candidate will be an experienced industry professional who has a real enthusiasm to deliver the best service to an assignee. You will possess natural coaching and advisory attributes to hear the needs of our assignee and turn them into a reality. We are looking for a proactive and preemptive character who can anticipate barriers and overcome them through offering solutions or collaborations with client HR.
Our successful candidate you will be able to handle multiple tasks at once whereby time management and organisational skills will be a second nature to the ideal candidate. They will take great pride in their attention to detail & high level of accuracy. You will have professional oral and written communication styles that support yours and the company brand to ensure confidence in our client at all times.
