Your New Role
The Fabricator/Fitter is a hands-on role supporting the professional service of producing and installing high-quality products as required. You will support the team in cutting, assembling, glazing, and finishing all parts of window and door systems.
As Well As This, You Will Be Responsible For Assist with onsite measurement of openings for products; Assist installation and servicing of the full range of products; Focus on safety in the workplace, on-site assessment of risks and completing the necessary JSA documentation upon arrival at sites; Completing job paperwork including Installation Confirmations, etc; Maintaining tools and equipment and a sufficient level of consumables; Processing re-orders as may be required. Your Profile Certificate in Glass and Glazing is desirable; Possess a Construction Safety White Card; Hold a valid Car Driving Licence with a clean driving record; Possess a good level of knowledge and skills in the aluminium joinery industry, especially within the range of sliding doors and bi-fold doors; Confident in safely using a variety of hand power tools; Clear communicator to provide regular updates to customers and branch team members; Reliable and flexible team member experienced in following processes and instructions; Strong commitment to consistently deliver high-quality output and craftmanship; Ability to work alone on sites, as allocated on daily worksheets; Present and represent the company according to Company policy and culture.
