ABOUT THE ROLE An exciting opportunity has emerged to lead Supré, which just celebrated its 40th anniversary. The Melbourne-based role offers the prospect for a driven, people-first and customer-obsessed retail executive leader to continue the brand's success story as General Manager.
Reporting directly to the CEO of Supré, Factorie, Typo and Ceres Life, you will set the brand's vision and strategy to achieve its long and short-term goals and drive your team to reach their full potential. Exceeding your customer's expectations every time they shop at Supré, you will obsess over their needs as you continue unlocking the brand's potential across its omnichannel offering and experience.
Underpinned by the brand's purpose to make a positive difference in people's lives, you will continue the not-for-profit work of Supré Foundation, raising funds to support, educate and empower girls and women to thrive.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within retail, preferably in fashion or apparel. Strategic and values-driven leader with a commitment to people, customer, product and agility. Strong understanding of product, marketing and retail across an omnichannel business. Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams. Strong understanding of product and supply chain management. Commitment to operational excellence and with an ability to breakdown complexity. Strong commercial acumen and commitment to financial outcomes. Passion for driving a growth mindset in everything we do. Obsessed with retail and creating unforgettable experiences in our stores. Strong digital capabilities, with the ability to understand the customer and market needs to leverage digital innovation across all platforms. Love for fashion and ability to understand youth trends. Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field (preferred). OUR CULTURE
