The General Manager, HR Standards + Capability has a critical role to play in enabling excellence in HR practice across Australia.The Role:Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager, HR Standards & Capability will lead and develop a team of 12, overseeing the delivery of AHRI's HR Capability Framework and Assessment Tools, Professional HR Certification, Learning Programs, Advocacy, Research, and Advisory Panels. This role is pivotal in advancing HR professionalism and is a key leadership position for the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a learning strategy underpinned by the Australian HR Capability Framework, to provide AHRI members with capability and professional development uplift.Support and deliver the Australian HR Capability Framework and AHRI's HR Assessment Tools.Oversee the design and delivery of learning pathways for HR professionals, including professional HR Certification.Develop, curate, and disseminate HR research and insights.Manage AHRI's Advisory Panels supporting thought leadership and member engagement.Support AHRI students from enrolment through to graduation for each of AHRI's education programs.Collaborate with other AHRI teams to ensure effective product/service delivery.Lead the development of AHRI's podcast series and other digital content.Contribute to Executive-level discussions and report to the Board on program performance and strategic initiatives.What you'll bring:A strong connection with AHRI's purpose and a passion, in addition to the credentials needed for advancing the HR profession.Recent and extensive experience gained in Learning or HR leadership roles, within a corporate or consulting environment.
