Position Description Drive Front of House Operations: Ensure excellence in customer and employee experience across this multi-faceted venue. Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor up to 20 direct reports to foster a cohesive and productive team. Policy Implementation: Introduce and refine policies and procedures to enhance business growth. Financial Oversight: Forecast and report on profit and loss across diverse revenue streams, including bar, functions/events, entertainment, gaming, and wagering. Event Collaboration: Work closely with key team members to develop and implement special programs and events. Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with local community and social clubs. Project Management: Oversee maintenance projects and develop new concepts to keep the venue fresh and appealing. Community Commitment: Uphold the club's Vision, Mission, Values, and Objectives, providing top service standards to members, guests, and the veteran community. Position Requirements Strong back-of-house to front-of-house operational experience. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on member and guest satisfaction. Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years in key leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Licensing Requirements: Current Victorian Gaming Licence, RSA Certificate. Nominee Eligibility: Ability to be a nominee for both the Liquor Licence and the Gaming Venue Operators Licence.
