This role is culturally and strategically very important for the club, as it enters a new growth phase, with a large development plan in place to incorporate world class sporting and fitness facilities.

This business is very much about people with many of the team having great retention, especially the senior mgmt.
Their core business is F&B, but they have financial streams in accommodation, entertainment, sports, gym and corporate events.

The Role Reporting to CEO and COO, this person will redefine the P&C department for the growth phase while shaping the next generation of talent.

Lead and implement strategies that enhance team culture, employee retention, satisfaction and engagement.
Act as a mentor, guiding and developing staff at all levels to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment Implement a successful succession plan for all mgmt.
