Can you partner with the business to lead the Human Resource function?
Do you have extensive experience in a regulated environment like banking, superannuation, energy, utilities, or insurance?The core focus is the leadership, management, and development of HR strategy, practices, and processes to support the Company's resourcing needs.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will have considerable interaction with the Board, shareholders, peers, and the organisation personnel by leading HR practices.
This involves the employee life cycle, projects, and improvement activities to deliver Human Resource support to achieve the business strategy and outcomes.
We will need you to provide advice and guidance to people managers, oversee the diversity and inclusion policy and program, lead remuneration and benefits, oversee payroll, remuneration policy, KPI framework, salary review process, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
The responsibility is based in the Melbourne CBD.
Remuneration includes salary, superannuation, and STI.
