Your Role This role is newly created and is General Manager of their Property Management division . You will manage a team of part-time and full-time Field Agents and Property Managers around the country. So, you need to be confident with the idea of remote staff management. Our client would like you to manage a portfolio as well and as the business then grows in the coming year, move that across to a team member.

Your Advantage We are seeking a candidate who has managed a team of Property Managers before and who also has experience managing a portfolio and with bringing on new business. You will love training & mentoring staff and will enjoy helping troubleshoot problems with your team each day.
