We are seeking a General Manager: Medical Practices to join our team in Sippy Downs. Key duties and responsibilities include:Authorize the funding of newly acquired medical practices.Consult with immediate subordinates and practice managers on matters such as methods of operation, equipment requirements, finance, marketing, sales, and human resources.Manage Practice Managers and Medical Doctors.Plan policy and the setting of standards and objectives for the practices.Plan, organize, direct, control and review the daily operations and major functions of our commercial medical practices and medical/management systems.Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts and present them to the business owners.Provide daily direction to and management of the medical practices to maximize profit and commercial viability and efficiency.Represent the business at official occasions, in negotiations, at conventions, seminars, and liaising between areas of responsibility.Select and manage the performance of senior staff and Medical Doctors.To be considered, you will need a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification OR at least five years of relevant senior executive employment experience in the medical, health or pharmaceutical industries.
