Your Opportunity: Are you a strategic visionary with a flair for innovative marketing and communications? Do you have a passion for leading teams to new heights? Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, you'll be at the forefront of shaping Aruma's voice and brand.
You'll lead a highly talented multidisciplinary team in crafting and executing strategies that not only enhance our brand's visibility but also resonate deeply with our diverse audience.
Flexible Location: Sydney NSW preferred but will also consider QLD and VIC.

About You: Degree qualified in marketing, communications, public relations or similar field 10+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record in fast-paced, complex environments, including experience developing and executing Marketing and Communications strategies, media and issues management as well as developing strong strategic partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
A strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
An expert in modern marketing and communications strategies, with a passion for innovation.
An exceptional communicator, able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages to a diverse audience.
Demonstrated success in managing projects in an evolving and complex environment.
