We're looking for a visionary General Manager – Lotteries to lead one of Australia's most established and beloved lottery programs. What You'll Be Doing: Strategic Leadership: Lead and deliver the lottery program's strategic direction, focusing on both driving revenue and acquisition into loyalty programs, building unforgettable prize offerings. Creative Campaigns & Sales Growth: Collaborate with the Lotteries Marketing Manager and the marketing and digital teams to create engaging products and campaigns that boost ticket sales across digital and traditional channels, all while ensuring our product offering is irresistible. Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire lottery lifecycle—from property acquisition, prize development and permit applications to the successful launch of loyalty programs and major draws. Data-Driven Insights: Harness the power of data analytics to make informed decisions that propel sales, uncover market opportunities, and elevate supporter engagement through an impressive technology stack. Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a passionate team and wider stakeholder group, ensuring alignment and focus on shared goals in an environment that thrives on both creativity and high performance. Financial & Vendor Management: Own the financial results, budgets, and vendor partnerships, ensuring every draw is a success, from prize development and delivery to marketing roll-out and sales outcomes. What You Bring to the Table: Leadership Experience: Proven success in leading and inspiring high-performing teams in a competitive environment. Sales-Driven Focus: A commercial mindset with expertise in growing revenue and improving profitability. Loyalty Program Expertise: Experience in developing and managing loyalty programs would be a fantastic advantage, helping to enhance supporter retention and engagement. Marketing Savvy: An understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels and a flair for creativity to assist in driving team focus on capturing the hearts and minds of new and existing supporters. Property & Project Management: Skilled in managing large-scale property transactions and prize home developments that excite our supporters. Data-Driven: The ability to analyse data and turn insights into growth strategies, ensuring that every decision is backed by measurable evidence and aligned with both sales goals and market trends. This isn't just about managing a successful lottery portfolio—it's about driving sales growth through smart strategy, creativity, and innovative thinking.
