Our client provides a range of outsourced corporate services to ASX-listed, private, unlisted property trusts, equity funds and businesses considering an IPO.Reporting directly to the CFO, the General Manager of Legal will provide and set strategic direction; provide internal day-to-day commercial and corporate legal advice to stakeholders; advise on corporate governance, data, privacy and employment matters and actively encourage thought-leadership with senior stakeholders. This is the quintessential in-house commercial role.Ideal candidates will have 5+ years' PQE from a leading law firm or similar in-house environment and be comfortable working in a sole legal role. Front end advisory and transactional commercial legal skills are essential.
