We are looking for a strong leader who is customer focused, enthused by cocktails, wine and culinary delights, who lives for modern bartending techniques, and is self-sufficient and charismatic.

The candidate• Proven experience as a Manager or similar in a premium, high performing venue is essential with advanced industry knowledge across all things food and beverage
• Superb communication, relationship and people management skills with experience at managing a team, including rostering and performing to KPI targets
• A leader who is all things customer service - passionate about delivering knowledgeable service, building rapport with guests, and generating more returning customers
• Immaculate presentation, well groomed and a all rounded personable professional
• Experience in writing, costing and controlling wine lists and cocktail menus
