About the Role Reporting directly to the Board, the General Manager will guide strategy, operations, funding opportunities and commercial relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of strategic initiatives.Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the values of the farming community.Oversee operational and financial performance, including project budgets.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including farmers, industry partners, and government bodies.Continue to seek funding opportunities that capitalise on our organisation's strengths and capabilities.Identify and manage risks to ensure sustainable growth and organisational resilience.
