It has long been a favourite with locals and tourists, alike.The owner is looking for an experienced senior manager to take over the operation, manage a strong leadership team and make this role their own. Job Description This role, reporting directly to the owner will see you functioning as the face of the venue, liaising with a broad spectrum of patrons and ensuring their return business. As the General Manager, you will be fully responsible for the management of daily tasks within the venue including; driving marketing initiatives, stock control, licensing, compliance, financials, staff training and of course, an impeccable level of customer service.You will have the opportunity for input with some small renovations in the pipeline and the owner is seeking a General Manager who can collaborate with all stakeholders to enhance current offerings, as well as driving new ones.
