Role Summary:
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations in Melbourne. This includes driving business development initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a team of professionals to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, a deep understanding of operational processes, and excellent people management and soft skills.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, financial metrics, and operational activities.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
