We are seeking an experienced executive with a proven track record in health, safety, environment, and compliance (HSEC) sectors to lead and implement key initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of managing organisational systems, processes, procedures, and programs.
Reporting to the CEO and an important member of the leadership team, you will work to develop the HSEC strategy further to be aligned with key business objectives and lead its implementation.
Through coaching, guidance, and governance activities, we expect you to partner and connect with operational managers and clients to simplify ways of working and improve risk management and performance outcomes for sustainable business values while leading a dedicated team of multi-disciplined professionals.
