In this role, you will be focused on our clients' operations across Queensland and the Northern Territory. You will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading a talented team of highly qualified professionals. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the services we offer and contribute to the success of our clients' businesses.Key AccountabilitiesLead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, and providing mentorship and support for professional growth.Strategic Planning & Execution: As part of Xenith's Senior Leadership Team reporting directly to our CEO, implement the Company's strategic vision and long-term goals in the Australia North region.Business Development: Be curious about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Lead business development efforts to expand the Australia North client base, identify new opportunities for growth, and drive revenue generation through new and existing service lines.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a key trusted advisor on technical solutions for all stages of the asset lifecycle, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Project Management: Oversee the successful delivery of large multi-million-dollar projects ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and providing guidance and support to the teams as needed.Innovation and Thought Leadership: Be inquisitive in the emerging trends, best practices, and new technologies and leverage insights to drive thought leadership initiatives and brand building opportunities. Be prepared to introduce and implement innovative solutions including AI and newly developed technologies.Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality assurance processes and standards for our services, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with industry frameworks and standards.Skills, Qualifications & Experience:A minimum of 20 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in consulting roles. A background in metalliferous mining would be highly desirable.Advanced qualifications in business, commerce, or a related discipline underpinned by a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.Honed leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, mentor, and develop staff to establish a high performing and engaged team.Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication & negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, both internally and externally.Strong networking capability and a proven track record of business development and effective client management.A growth mindset and demonstrated success developing and executing agreed strategies and business improvement initiatives.Willingness to drive a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of innovation, adaptability, and resilience.Ability and willingness to undertake regular travel to clients' sites and the other Xenith offices.At Xenith, we recognise that our people are our greatest assets, so we reward them with market competitive remuneration, including performance-based incentives and the opportunity to become a Company shareholder in the future.
