Key Responsibilities Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targets Support and handle walk in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales Who are you?
