Work close to home (South East) with ample parking nearby Duties and responsibilities include Manage a diverse, loyal portfolio of SME - Mid Market clients Regularly liaise with Underwriters, colleagues (directors, brokers, claims team) to ensure exceptional customer service is maintained at all times Liaise with and delegate work to a processing team Assist customers with new quotes, renewals, endorsements and general enquiries regarding their insurance policies What you'll need to succeed Experience working as an Insurance Broker Tier 1 Broking qualification Great client relationship building skills A collaborative working mindset
