We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Business Development Manager to join our team, work remotely from Vic and sell our market-leading short-term lending offering of bridging, business and build products which include partially complete construction projects.
We are growing fast and looking to grow our Victoria team. What you will be doing? Expanding our broker partner network by onboarding new brokers and partners. Managing existing Brokers and Aggregator relationships. Managing and handling broker loan inquiries and originating loan applications. Reviewing applications and validating information for accuracy and credit quality. Attending industry events and promoting Funding.com.au. Educating our broker partners about our products. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders. What you bring? Aggregator and industry relationships. Experience working with a lender in a similar BDM role. Strong product and credit understanding, ideally in short-medium term Bridging Finance but we will provide training. The ability to work autonomously, while being part of a team. Highly motivated with excellent time management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Well-developed presentation, prospecting, workshopping, and influencing skills.
