What you will be doing?
In this busy role, you will be providing a high level of administrative and office support activities for the staff of Commercial Services South Queensland.
We are looking for someone to: General administrative duties including filing, e- filing and collation of service documents. Prepare agreements for relevant service programsCarry out functions within and maintain good working knowledge of all funder Provider PortalsDistribution of financial statements and client communications, both electronic and hard copyMaintain a good working knowledge of database management that ensures the accurate entering of funding arrangements into Carelink.What is needed to be successful? Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work with speed and accuracyAbility to be adaptable and flexible, and respond quickly to changing priorities and has the ability to work independentlyBe a skilled relationship-builder with high-level interpersonal and communication skillsSound knowledge of business correspondence and report generationExperience with NDIS fundingExperience with databases systems and Windows Office applications (intermediate level)A customer service professional who is experienced at exceeding customer expectationsWhy do I want to work at Spinal Life Australia?
