An experienced leader and manager with the ability to run a successful retail business An ability to provide unbeatable customer service experiences A proven track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach team members A passion for merchandising and stock management while thriving in a busy sales environment What You Will Be Doing:
Manage and drive the store and team members to achieve KPIs and sales targets Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences Recruit, train, and coach team members to become top performers Maintain high standards of stock management and shrinkage control Merchandise to showcase our range of products in line with promotional guidelines Handle operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, and retail administration tasks Why You Should Work With Us:
