Here's what you can expect:Training:Our Clinical Training Program has been developed from scratch by our director team network—a group of seven accomplished private practice physiotherapists with a combined century of experience in private practice! It begins with our Signature New Grad to Private Practitioner Orientation Program, an intensive training program designed to prepare you as fully as possible before you treat your first client. As a new graduate with us, you won't treat a single patient before going through your Orientation.Our In-House PD continues every week including:Weekly group Clinical Training and Practical Skills Sessions (continues for a minimum of 2 years, with Specialisation Pathways available in your further years)Weekly 1x1 Mentoring SessionsOn top of this, you will also receive an annual $1000 allowance for external courses of your choice.In your first year, you'll receive a stable base salary to support your learning journey as you build your client base. This salary will always stay in place & consistently increase in line with our Award, ensuring your financial security.
