About Us We are Zambrero, Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger. We are a quick-service restaurant that offers tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos filled with home-made guac and other goodies. For you, that means you will always work with yummy fresh ingredients that won't leave you smelling like you just came from work. Our restaurants are open day and night so you can be flexible and keep up your work, school, and play.

What you'll do Leading the restaurant team in efficient day to day operations Assisting in managing your team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering, and resolving any employee issues including grievances Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard Assisting with ordering of stock from various suppliers Assisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policies Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety What you'll bring Previous assistant restaurant management experience Passionate about our humanitarian values and ready to make a difference Passionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant– focused on exceptional customer service, working together, helping those in need and making Zambrero an enjoyable place to work.
