As a Facility Leader, your focus will be Honeywell'sprimary site representative withresponsibility for the successful carrying out of the company's contractualobligations under the Total Asset Management (TAM) contract.
KeyResponsibilities: Ensure all planned and essential services maintenance is scheduled, performed, audited and documented Manage and and be responsible for financial budget, forecast and outcomes Engage in the operation of facilities management Lead and manage staff and onsite contractors Foster a culture of sustainability and environmental compliance within the team KeyExperience & Capabilities: Facility Management experience in commercial sector (essential) PPP experience highly regarded Ability to successfully obtain clearance to work in a prison environment Team leadership experience Commercial acumen and proven financial accountability Who We Are
